This video details how to manually enter recipients into the E-File Magic Software. Recipients are individuals that shall receive forms issued by a Company/Filer/Payer.

Hello and welcome to this video on creating recipients within the E-File Magic Software. Once you've downloaded and installed the E-File Magic Software simply double-click on the E-File Magic icon on your desktop to load the E-File Magic software. You have two primary methods for entering recipients, of forms within the E-File Magic Software; you can manually enter recipients by clicking on the manage recipients button, or you can import recipients by clicking on the import recipients button. Importing we'll address in a later video. Today we're going to focus on manually entering recipients into E-File Magic. Start by clicking on the Manage Recipients Screen. When you're ready, select the form that you wish to issue, to the recipient that you're going to enter information for in this case we're going to issue a 1099-MISC Form. Go ahead and select new, enter the recipients tax ID, recipients first name, address, and optional account number, and the information that you're reporting and go ahead and click on save. You have now created a recipient within the E-File Magic Software. From here, if you'd like to preview the recipient form and or print out just this recipient form simply click on the recipient button. The Software will then load a preview of the form that's going to be issued for this recipient. This concludes the video on manually entering the recipient into E-File Magic Software.
