What you get:

A PDF Copy of the recipient forms we print and mail.
Confirmation of e-file transmission to the IRS, if requested.

What you need to do:
Download our software and import or manually enter your recipient data.
(Optional) Embed a company logo into the software and we will print it on the recipient forms we mail.
(Optional) Import Misc. data into each recipient and we will print it on the recipient forms we mail.
Securely transmit your data to us using the ‘Transmit Screen'.

2) E-File Only

What you get:
Formatting and transmission of your data to the IRS.

What you need to do:
Download our software and import or manually enter your recipient data.
Print and Mail your recipient forms which can be generated from the ‘Print Recipients' screen.
Securely transmit your data to us, using the ‘Transmit Screen'.

Using an Excel/CSV File:

1) End to End Outsourcing Solution

What you get:

Complete Print, Mail (Domestic USA, AK, HI), and E-File solution.
A PDF Copy of the recipient forms we print and mail.

What you need to do:

Provide us with your data in Excel/CSV format.
(Optional) Embed a company logo in your Excel file and we will print it on the recipient forms we mail.
(Optional) Embed Misc. data next to each recipient in your Excel file, and we will print it on the recipient forms we mail.

Securely transmit your data to us via our website.

2) E-File Only

What you get:

Formatting and transmission of your data to the IRS.
A PDF copy of processed forms.

What you need to do:

Provide us with your data in Excel/CSV format.
Securely transmit your data to us via our website.
Print and Mail the PDF recipient forms we provide you with.
